What we Stand for

Inclusive Labor

Women and LGBTI in informal work confront a vulnerable state as they balance precarious work conditions, lack of social protection, and care work. We campaign for the recognition of their rights and expose how development aggression aggravates their vulnerability.

End Discrimination

Women, children, and LGBTI individuals in the informal sector confront multiple barriers to accessing basic rights. As we strengthen campaigns of communities, we strive to include intersectionality and inclusion to strengthen community cohesion, participation, and leadership.

Safety & Protection

Exploitation and abuse among women, children, and LGBTI are rampant in urban poor communities. We help develop campaigns and innovative solutions to provide greater protection towards these sectors especially during times of crises and struggle.

Overview

Why do we advocate for it?

An inclusive society should guarantee the protection of people regardless of disability, age, SOGIESC, or economic capacity.

As we challenge imbalanced power structures, it is imperative to advocate for a cultural shift where vulnerable populations are given the right to create decisions that will benefit them and their community. Being a queer and women-led organization, we advocate for gender justice to enhance community cohesion and collective care, and encourage more voices to stand against unjust and oppressive actions.
